Friday

Today is the day on which all can prove their learned. For it must all, alone or in groups of up to max 3 people, create your own business plan.
The requirements were very simple. Create a business plan with the experiences from this week and your own knowledge. 
Due to lack of time, I then divided first all into 3 groups. All press benefited their idea in the group. Then they chosen the best of the group by themself, which was allowed to be presse benefits to all.
And the results were terrific. From planning their own clothes-collection , about a `rent a man` to his own meat-marketing in diverent restaurant in my area. It was nice to see everybody mastered this task. 

Thursday

Today a trip waiting for us. It went to Worcester, where we visit a cathedral. Then we had 2 hours of free time. In which we have a fine lunch.
Once on time, we went by train back to Malvern.
In the last session today, Nick is on the business plan of Malvern element. And a more entrepreneurial, his thoughts on entrepreneurship.

Walk on Malvern Hill

On wednesday evening we walk up the Malvern Hills.
It was nice to come up and the view was beautiful all around.
There were very interesting discussions during the evening.
And it was a very nice time.

Wednesday

The task for the participants:
Problem solving of the entrepreneurs visited the day before.
I myself have prepared me for Friday. And so went my day.

Entertainment with YFC

It was very intresting to watch how quickly the participants and members of the YFC understood each other.
With the various games and the tasks, the participants got a change these days. They had great fun.

rural business

When we left this morning I did not know what we can expect. After about half an hour we were out and saw the shop with the ice cream. I knew in which direction it will go well. When we got to the restaurant where we ate, with the puzzles (which incidentally we could not solve) drove past. I now definitely knew where it was going.
Of course, to the shop of `Hopes of long town '. Christine is the owner of this store. She told us how it all began. And told them about their problems. And that is probably the largest that no young people to come to her shop. And they know not why.

For lunch we were on a farm with B & B and restaurant. They told us of their problems. And they have tried many things that they have more visitors. But it is absolutely not easy, even with the help of Twitter and Facebook.

 In the afternoon we visited a large farm. But this is not just a farm. No, they started 22 years ago with the composting of kitchen waste. And more and more came to this. Now you can find on the farm in addition to beef cattle, a composting which is used to new dry fertilizer on, a florist shop and bird food.
They also have their problems geschieldert us as entrepreneurs.
And one of them, how can we establish ourselves in the market?

As we drove back, but we actually had to once again go past the shop with the ice cream. And thanks to Russell, we made a stop to try an ice cream.

The black men

The evening was folklore evening on the program.
A group of men with black painted faces, got to her dancing.
It was a nice and interesting evening. And it was interesting to listen to them and watch them.But the best part was that we were allowed to dance too.
